The Coeliac Society of Western Australia was founded in 1979 with fifty-six members. Today there are over two-thousand members and with 1 in 100 individuals having coeliac disease, this number is expected to increase.
The Coeliac Society of Western Australian is partially funded by the Department of Health, other sources of our operating funds include membership subscriptions, donations and advertising payments.
All funds are directed to improving the lives of people with Coeliac Disease.
